• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India via our logistics partner Shiprocket.
• Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days).
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Standard shipping fee of ₹49 for orders below this threshold.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

3. Returns & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (status: Pending or Confirmed).
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging for returns.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity.
