Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Mukku Magic, we want to make sure your shopping experience is magical from start to finish. This Cancellation and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and options regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched/shipped:

  • Before Shipping: Cancellations can be requested directly from your dashboard under "My Orders" or by contacting our support team. A full refund will be processed immediately to the original mode of payment.
  • After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can opt to refuse delivery or request a return once the package is delivered.

2. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy on all eligible products:

  • Eligible Criteria: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Exclusions: Promotional/free gift items and custom toys are not eligible for returns unless they are received in a damaged condition.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund:

  • Inspection: The product inspection process takes up to 48 hours from receipt at our warehouse.
  • Razorpay Refunds: Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, Wallet) via our secure gateway (Razorpay).
  • Timeline: Funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's policies. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer (details collected securely post-return approval).

4. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be borne by us for defective/damaged items and by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
