Welcome to Mukku Magic! We sell physical products (toys, games, educational kits) and deliver them right to your doorstep across India. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery practices.

1. Shipping Fees

We keep our shipping rates transparent and affordable:

  • Orders above ₹499: Free Delivery across all pincodes in India!
  • Orders below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 is added during checkout.

2. Dispatch Timelines

  • Handling Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sunday/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
  • Courier Partners: We ship physical items using India's leading courier services (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax) integrated through our shipping system (Shiprocket) to ensure safe and prompt handling.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Depending on your location, your order will reach you within the following timelines:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities and regional districts): 5 to 7 business days.
  • Remote Areas & North-East Region: 7 to 9 business days.

*Note: Deliveries may face occasional delays during extreme weather conditions, festival seasons, or national holidays.*

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, we will email and SMS you a tracking link. You can also log in to your account dashboard under "My Orders" to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

5. Damaged or Non-Delivery

If your package is damaged during transit, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, report it to our customer support team within 24 hours so we can investigate with our logistics partners.
